Hey folks, what´s up?! I hope you are ok...


Por aqui tudo bem, mas tenho trabalhado bastante e no tempo livre falta disposicao pra vir escrever. Sempre lembro do blog e ja cheguei a abri o computador pra escrever e acabei dormindo.
A verdade também é que esta sendo um bom contrato, que estou curtindo bastante, mas tem sido um periodo calmo, sem fortes emocoes. 

So far everything is goodon here but I have worked hard and I had been some lack the free time to and also lack os disposition to come write. I always remember the blog and I already got the computer open to write and I fell asleep.
The truth is also this is a good contract and I'm enjoying a lot but it has been a quiet period, without strong emotions.

Aruba

O trabalho novo tem varias gratificacoes mas tenho muitas responsabilidades e muitas vezes e bem cansativo. As vezes deixo de sair pra poder descansar o minimo necessario ou simplesmente porque tenho alguma tarefa que nao posso deixar pra depois. O legal é que sem demagogia: amo minha atual equipe. Claro que temos coisas a resolver, as vezes tem stress, mas no geral gosto muito do time e me da prazer trabalhar com eles.

The new job has many perks but I have many responsibilities and most of time is quite tiring. Sometimes I give up of going out to rest the minimum necessary or simply because I have a task that I can not leave for later. The cool thing is that without demagoguery: I love my actual team. Of course we have to resolve things, sometimes has stress but overall I really like the team and is being a pleasure to work with them.

Novidade nesse contrato tem sidos os passageiros latinos na maioria colombianos, venezuelanos e argentinos, dentre outros. Obviamente que também tenho causos d passageiros praa contar sobre ele e até ja houvi algumas daquelas famosas "perguntas", mas tem sido legal trabalhar pra esse pessoal. Entre a tripulacao também há muitos colombianos e na maioria sao pessoas bem legais e me agrada o jeito deles.

The big new of this contract is working with latin passengers mostly Colombians, Venezuelans and Argentinians, among others nationalities. Obviously I also have "passengers stories" to tell about them and I also heard some of those famous "questions", but it has been nice to work for these people. Among the crew there are also many Colombians and most people are pretty cool and I like their manners.

Aruba

Inclusive ja sai algumas vezes pra comer comida colombiana: pataconzitos, arepas de huevos, pescado e muito mais. Outra particularidade é o idioma: o espanhol falado por aqui e cheio de termos e expressoes diferentes da Espanha.

I already went out sometimes to eat Colombian food: pataconzitos, arepas de huevos, fish and many others. Another peculiarity is the language: the Spanish spoken here is full of terms and expressions different from Spain.

Curacao

Nos portos ou saio pra comer e usar internet. Algumas vezes fui ate a praia, mas sem muitos agitos. Conheci os arredores de La Guaira na Venezuela que nao tem nada de excitante praa contar. e tenho gostado muito de Aruba e Curacao nas Antilhas Holandesas e também de Cartagena, na Colombia.

In most of ports I just get go out to eat and use the internet. Sometimes I went to the beach but without much hype. I met the the  surrounds of La Guaira in Venezuela that has nothing exciting to tell about it and I have greatly enjoyed Aruba and Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles and also  Cartagena, Colombia.

Galera acho que poderia escrever muito mais coisas, mas o relogio segue e logo terei de voltar pro navio.
